Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless with modern facilities. I was pleasantly surprised by the hand cream and cookies in the room. It was also quiet, with no noise from the street.

Wi-fi was strong, and check-in was smooth with our luggage waiting. No pets allowed.

Physical room key policy meant leaving the key at the front desk each time, which was a bit of a hassle. Consistently humid room environment, despite the presence of a dehumidifier. No onsite laundry facilities or dining options led to extra errands during the stay.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the subway! Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with delicious snacks in the lobby.

Though the staff is friendly, the physical room key policy made it inconvenient to keep track of the key.

The room was spacious and featured a beautifully designed bathroom that combined modern elements with traditional Japanese touches. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to local eateries, including fantastic bakeries and authentic restaurants just a short walk away. While there were no onsite dining options and the physical room key policy could be cumbersome, the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere made the experience worthwhile.

Had a fantastic experience with the staff, they were super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel at home, even giving us a helpful map with local recommendations. The bathroom was especially impressive, spacious and with that nice rain shower, definitely a highlight of our stay!

i had a wonderful stay at shinmachi rokkaku hotel grandereverie. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from great restaurants. the staff was incredibly helpful, and i appreciated being able to check in early at 10 o'clock. the bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet, making for a great experience.
